1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of the website and services (the "Service") provided by Staykeasy S.r.l, a company incorporated in Italy, trading as HealthConcierge24 ("we", "us", "Staykeasy"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

HealthConcierge24 is a SaaS platform that helps healthcare professionals and clinics manage patient requests, bookings and communication via an AI-assisted digital concierge. Specific features depend on the subscription plan.

3. Eligibility and account

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and, where applicable, have authority to bind the organisation you represent. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not allow others to:

• use the Service unlawfully or for fraudulent, deceptive or harmful purposes;
• send spam, malware, or content infringing third-party rights;
• attempt to probe, scan, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security;
• scrape or extract data without our written consent;
• use the Service to provide diagnoses or replace professional medical judgement — the assistant is a communication and triage tool only.

5. Intellectual property

Staykeasy retains all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, design, branding and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your subscription. You retain ownership of the content you and your patients submit; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.

6. Pricing, subscriptions and payments

The Service is offered as a recurring monthly subscription in three plans (Launch, Standard, Premium). Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, in EUR and inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. ("Stripe"). By subscribing, you authorise us, via Stripe, to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. We will notify you in advance of any price change.

You can view invoices, update your payment method, change plan, or cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing dashboard. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund terms and the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.

7. Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial during which the public concierge page can be published without an active paid subscription. No payment method is required to start the trial. After the trial ends, an active paid subscription is required to keep the public page live.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates and changes from time to time.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access in case of: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for a limited period before deletion, subject to legal retention obligations.

10. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where it cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify Staykeasy against claims arising from content you or your users submit to the Service, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. The courts of Italy have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email and take effect on the date stated in the notice.
