Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription model

HealthConcierge24 ("HC24"), operated by Staykeasy S.r.l, is sold as a recurring monthly subscription. After a 7-day free trial, your selected plan renews automatically each month at the price shown at the time of purchase, until you cancel.

2. 14-day EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of subscribing, without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU.

Important — loss of withdrawal right: by ticking the consent box during checkout, you expressly request that we begin providing the digital service immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once we have started performance. If you withdraw before performance begins, you are entitled to a full refund. If we have already begun providing the service at your request, you may still cancel future renewals at any time but no refund will be due for the current billing period.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing dashboard, which opens the secure Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then, and will not be charged again.

We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months once a billing period has begun.

4. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your public page may be temporarily suspended. We will retry the payment per Stripe's standard schedule and notify you by email. If payment ultimately fails, the subscription is canceled and access is removed.

5. Refunds at our discretion

Outside the cases above, refunds are not guaranteed but may be granted at our discretion in case of prolonged service outage, billing error, or technical fault attributable to HC24. Requests must be sent to support@healthconcierge24.com within 30 days of the disputed charge.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve most issues quickly and amicably. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of associated bank fees.
